In these two workshops, we will integrate basic Ayurveda theory with Hatha Yoga,
meditation, and mantra.
This holisitic approach will offer you a comprehensive, nourishing and sweetly challenging
yoga practice while providing you with practical tools to accelerate your wellness
path through Ayurveda.
Sunday Morning: Cultivating Prana Through Simple Backbends.10am - 12.30pm
Prana, or Life Force, is truly the nexus where Ayurveda and Yoga converge.
This session will teach you how to systematically build a safe backbend practice,
opening the heart channels without strain and without depleting your vitality.
Expect to feel deeply grounded yet fully expansive.
Sunday Afternoon: Living Your Truth: Hip Openers, Twists, and Forward Folds. 2.30pm
According to Ayurveda, there is no better medicine than living an authentic, honest
life. This is where true health begins and ends.
Deep hip openers, forward bends, simple inversions, meditation, and mantra are on

Ayurveda and Yoga are inseparable sisters that merge seamlessly to find answers to
this age-old question. Both originate as part of a greater system of Vedic knowledge
and rely on each other to maximize our well-being and to serve as a roadmap to a
life well-lived. If Ayurveda is the Science, Yoga is the practice of that science.
As teachers, our understanding of Yoga amplifies when we embrace all traditions that
inspire it. In this training module, we will take an in-depth dive into the nuts
and bolts of Ayurveda by exploring:
History and Purpose
Gunas, Elements, and 3-dosha theory
The 24- hour Ayurveda clock
Daily and Seasonal Routines,
Ayurveda Yoga Sequences,
Spices for Healing
Our intention is to bring the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda into our contemporary lives
in a fun, practical, and relevant way. By upleveling your own self-care, you’ll foster
a deeper connection with Life, your students, and your Self.

Avid truth seeker and playful risk-taker, Marc is passionate about refining the art

As a certified Ayurveda practitioner with over 16 years of experience teaching Hatha
Yoga and Meditation, Marc divides his time between Los Angeles and Paris. Through
large scale workshops, teacher trainings, and retreats, he teaches worldwide either
live or via his many classes streamed on Yogaglo.com His signature Ayurveda health
coaching program, Evolutionary Habits, has been accelerating the wellness path of
students since 2012.
In 2007 Marc founded Guerilla Yogi - a donation-based class paradigm dedicated to
building local yoga communities and insuring that students of all economic circumstances
have access to yoga.
